Requirements:
§You have a good university degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Linguistics.
§You have good IT knowledge (Windows, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Basics, preferably experience with system simulation and eLearning tools).

Contents:
Within company, Ramp-up Knowledge Transfer (RKT) supports the knowledge transfer regarding all company's solutions in the early stage of the product lifecycle.
The RKT Shared Services team is a service provider who helps the groups Development, Consulting, Support and Sales to create the relevant product information. It also organizes workshops and online Q&A sessions and sets up demo systems. All information regarding the product, the workshops, the sessions and the system is published via company intranet pages. To measure success, RKT provides testing and reporting services.
As a part of the RKT Shared Services team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining RKT Online Learning Maps (= websites) in the intranet. You will also support the content development of eLearning objects, i.e. conversion of PPT to PDF, editing of eBooks (= PPT with voice-over) and Tutors (= system simulation tool) as well as the organization, hosting incl. recording and post-editing of online sessions.
·Creation and maintenance of ~150 websites incl. end-user support (internals and externals)
·Production and quality assurance incl. English check of eLearning objects (~10 per website) i.e. conversion of PPT to PDF, editing of eBooks (= PPT with voice-over) and Tutors (= system simulation tool)
·Organization, hosting incl. recording and post-editing of online sessions (for 50 projects à 2 sessions)
