Job Description: Investment Analyst Position for an International Private Equity Firm based in Shanghai
Our client is an international leader in private equity and venture capital. It is seeking energetic young professionals for the analyst position in their Shanghai office.
-The analyst will go to meetings with the directors, compile notes, and research on the projects independently.
-The analyst will assist the associates to produce industry report and help the project companies to revise their business plans.
-The analyst should have at least 3 years hands-on experience researching companies (pre-IPO or after IPO), and have a good understanding of all the corporate finance and accounting issues.
-University degree in Economics and Finance is preferred. Overseas exposure is preferred. English and Chinese proficiency are required, as the research work have to be done on Chinese materials and written in English.
