· Manages all members of the E-Enterprise South program.
· In charge of program’s hiring and staffing.
· Interact with clients to identify potential engagements.
· Fully aware of and monitor the status of all projects in the program.
· Continuously improve program’s capability and offering.
· Reports to Section Manager.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 7+ year work experience in the system integration, software or IT consulting field.
· Solid Software development fundamentals.
· Extensive experience in customer/people interaction.
· Proficient in generic web related technologies, J2ee, EAI, database, shell scripting and UNIX.
· Ability to write proposals in Mandarin as well as in English.
· Domain knowledge in Logistics, transportation or supply chain.
· Fluent in English.
