l Manage ISR team in selling products and services by responding to inbound calls or placing outbound customer calls.
l Coach and train team leaders and members, and conduct conference calls with ISR and their customers, as well as manage & help them identify buyer’s influences and overcome buyers objections through call observation.
l Assist ISR in pricing strategies and tracking the quotations.
l Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and pricing, as well as encourage ISR to supply feedback on management competition.
l Provide leadership support as a backup of Sr. Sales Manager, assisting Sr. Sales Manager in special products and sales programs, as well as in improving sales effectiveness, such as reducing the abandon rate and improving conversion rate ets.
REQUIREMENTS
l Proven leadership and problem solving skill
l Minimum 5 years experiences in sales and people management with at least 2 years in related IT product sales field; inbound/outbound telesales experience preferred
l Advanced organizational skill and presentation skill
l Advanced training and coaching skills, able to motivate others in sensitive situations and orient a team to achieve goal
l Excellent Korean and fluent English; Chinese capability preferable; a native Korean who is willing to stay in China for years is preferable
l Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent with inbound/outbound telesales experience
