Description
* Develops technical solutions that support business objectives
* Configures and documents software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer objectives, completes documentation quickly and accurately
* Supports enterprise messaging/fax systems. Makes sure system uptime.
* Performs maintenance on existing operating systems(Windows, Linux) and hardware (PC Server, Storage)
* Resource for system escalation issues
* Gathers business requirements for system design
* Researches and develops future technologies
* Investigates and resolves system problems and system performance
* Schedules and coordinates installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network and ensures compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software
* Provides ongoing information to management, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations and solutions.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
At least 3 years of IT professional experience
MCSE, RHCE is preferred, CET-4 is must.
Advanced knowledge of common IT
Understands more advanced concepts of systems administration
Good communication and customer service abilities.
