CTO 技术总监
Working place: Beijing
Qualified candidate must have oversea network/communication company working experience；
10 years working expereince and management skills；
Start-up company experience will be plus.

工作职责：
1、制定研发计划，组织公司研发团队完成研发目标

2、组织实施公司软件流程管理

3、组织攻克技术难题

4、与产品经理讨论制定产品需求

5、检查产品各个模块设计文档和代码

6、组织产品bug检查和修订
要求：
1、 计算机、电子、通信相关专业毕业

2、 10年以上工作经验，4年以上管理经验

3、 精通C和C＋＋，精通VC和GCC工具

4、 精通网络通信协议，精通流媒体文件格式，并有深入的开发经验

5、 具有一定的软件过程控制经验优先

6、 具有一定的需求设计能力

7、 精通单元测试，并有单元测试经验

8、 工作认真负责， 具有钻研精神

9、 具备优秀的组织管理能力，善于激励、培养和引导团队
