Position: Finance Manager
location: Shenzhen
Report to: Finance Director, Headquarter
Requirement:
1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA certificate and MBA is preferable.
2. 8-10 years experience in Finance and accounting, over 5 years management experience with a multinational company in China.
3. Have technical expertise and knowledge in all financial area including reporting, budgeting, costing, planning and general ledger.
4. Strong interpersonal, supervisory, leadership, communication and analytical skill.
5. Excellence English
6. SAP Knowledge
Responsibility:
1. Management all of the financial functions, including; general ledger, cash flow reporting, month end closing, inventories, fixed assets, etc
2. Prepare regular financial reports to meet different requirement.
3. Develop, recommend and implement where appropriate, cost reduction efforts to top management team in line with company objectives.
4. Develop and improve finance and accounting polices and procedures in compliance with CICPA and US GAAP.
