GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners. Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies that lead to achievement of business objectives. Administers programs designed to acquire talent through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
Responsible for selection, planning, development, modifications, and execution of new and revised Talent Acquisition programs, policies, and procedures with particular emphasis on university recruiting, job fairs and open houses.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans, develops and drives university and MBA sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with hiring managers.
2. Advises hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members on Talent Acquisition process / procedures / policy
3. Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements for University / Internship and MBA programs.
4. Interviews and screens applicants.
5. Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners.
6. Conducts research and analyze data on assigned projects including agency performance.
7. Ensures adherence to applicable governmental regulations and University relationship
8. May also act in a tactical sourcing role generating leads and resumes resulting in phone screens with candidates for Executive and sourcing high priority positions.
9. Utilizes CareersDirect system throughout the talent acquisition process
10. Work on projects to continually improve various Talent Acquisition processes.
11. Streamline Talent Acquisition processes across country or regions.
12. Leveraging best practices across country or regions.
13. Analyze performance data for trends and identify areas to improve efficiency.
14. Undertake other special projects or assignments as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Applies advanced functional skills/ competencies and may adapt procedures, techniques and tools under general supervision.
· Seeks to develop and demonstrate leadership skills through practice and actions.
· Strong analytical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively, handling multiple tasks.
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proven leadership capabilities
· Knowledge of HR practices would be an added advantage
· Knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software preferred.

Education/Experience:
Prefer BS/BA degree or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, related training and experience.
