General Manager (Fiber Optics Business Unit)
Brief outline of main duties:
1. Formulate and execute short and long term strategies and managing daily operations.
2. Review Manufacturing activities and suggest manufacturing strategies.
3. Enhancing the operating effectiveness and efficiency of the organization
4. Encourage innovations in product development and technology.
Education:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration or engineering, MBA Preferred. US experience is highly desired.
Experience:
1. Manufacturing Knowledge of Fiber optical cable assembly and component.
2. 10 Plus years of directly related work experience in a manufacturing environment, with fiver years in operations management with track record of success
Special skills, language or personality:
1. Fluent oral and written English and Chinese Mandarin.
2. Strong people management skill and be able to motivate the team.
3. Professional work attitude and reliability.
4. High professional ethics.
