·Coordinate and update the sourcing plan with respective division/dept and ERP unit
·To review and develop a sourcing calendar/action plan to meet the hiring requirements, strengthen the vendor management and other relative processes
·University recruitment programs and advertisement campaign with the relevant parties
·Provide periodic operational and management reports for keeping track the sourcing and deployment progress
·To organize and build technical training plan with the support from HR, development units and Resource Development Pool manager
·To source for and manage vendors and ensure competitive pricing and savings, and ensure vendor contract staff compensation is maintained at a balanced level with direct/perm staff in consultation with C&B manager/HR
·To enhance and support objective job performance evaluation for vendor staff
Requirements:
·Education: Bachelor or above;
·Working Experience:
- Minimum 8-year experience in sourcing or recruitment area, familiar with sourcing methodology, channels and Channel performance management
- Experienced in IT Industry sourcing is highly preferred
·Technical knowledge:
- Understand the IT industry business process is a plus
·Behavior competency:
