Manpower China: Technical Training Program Manager
Position Responsibilities
·Be responsible for the overall technical training program from design, execution and evaluation, monitor the training calendar and process
·Design and deliver the fundamental banking system knowledge training to the targeted group; monitor, analyze and control the whole training progress and identify the possible problems
·Manage and guide the training team for the possible training project delivery
·Improve the training qualities and if necessary, modify or update timely according to the needs of the organization
·Analyze the training cost and manage the training resource effectively
·Work with Resource Pool Manager and Technical Team Managers to organize and deliver the training
Requirements:
·Education: Bachelor or above;
·Working Experience:
- Minimum 10-year training experience within IT sector is essential
- Experience in Application Development and Deployment is a must
- Knowledge of IBM mainframe or financial software application would be an advantage
·Behavior competency:
- Good communication skills and persuasive skills
- Good teamwork spirit and leverage capability
- Good management skills, patient, understanding and helpful
- Good interview and talents selection skills, good customer service attitude
- Extremely self motivated, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
·Language requirements:
- Fluent speaking, reading and writing English
