Responsibilities and Details
Job Desc<x>ription:
Responsible for delivering construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage.
In Chengdu the primary focus will be IQ projects.
Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to the ramping of the A7T7 factory projects.
Develops timeline of project approval requirements.
Leads a cross functional team with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule.
Assures accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules.
Manages the indirect budget, forecasts trades resources, resolves resource conflicts, and coordinates trades mobilization.
Ensures projects are completed according to project plans and ensures the IQ team as a whole can make commitments for the equipped capacity goals of the CDMO and CDCO factories..
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Project Management or Equivalent with five years related experience in Hi-Tech Startups.
You should possess mobility to support both short and long term assignments, domestically or internationally, now or in the future, may be required to meet Corporate Services Construction dynamic and rapidly changing Project work load. Additional qualifications include:
- Project Management and Leadership of medium to large size teams
- Detailed Planning, Scheduling and strong written/verbal communication skills
- Leadership is required to staff the functional organization and provide direction for the Project Team, trade contractors, contracted workers and loaned and/or matrixed Factory resources required to support the Project
Ability to effectively read a factory startup system to clearly articulate ob<x>jectives, progress and issues with resolution strategies
Construction along with Process and/or Factory Operations knowledge
