Job Description
* Project management for OpenView Service Center implementation. Draft and update PMP.
* Create and execute risk management Plan (Risk Register, issues register), Communications plan, Change Management Log, Schedule, Resource Requirements Plan.
* Review lessons learned from implementations and document lessons learned for current implementation for project startup review; collate all project documentation.
* Notify Delivery representative to log any Decade incidents in a timely manner; lead internal post implementation review; document, submit and get signoff on project closeout
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science or related.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* More than 5 years of working experience.
* More than 2 years of project management experience.
* Preferably PMP certified.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Good communication skills.
* Good knowledge of ITIL, 2 years related experience is highly desirable.
