Some comments and suggestions:
1. Never negotiate in USD. Always talk RMB. Any girl that starts talking USD is both a pro AND thinks she can rip you off.
2. That $100 should have gotten you a full night, but of course, with that smelly snatch you might have decided to kick her out early.
3. The ones that are aggressive in a talent-rich environment are aggressive for a reason... think about it... your best move is to avoid those, unless you are truly desparate.
4. If you want to pick up a non-Pro at Xin Tian Di, consider heading to the ice cream place and buying a young cutie a cone, then chatting her up. A true non-pro is more likely to be at the ice cream parlor than at, say, Luna...
5. I disagree with your #3. One of my favorite non-pro girlfriends there spoke great english, was a total knockout, loved to stroll Xin Tian Di (still does), and had not yet finished college. (She has now though.) She never asked for anything but my heart (gladly given, at least temporarily... ).
