(1)Provide the solid bidding strategy for large open bid to maximize Dell’s win chance. As a bidding manager, need to make sure the right business model(direct bid or SI bid), product model, bid technical configuration, service response, contract response, make competition analysis then provide ADAM price and reasonable final bid price.

(2)Push and help sales team more bid directly and more sell directly to EU, in direct bid, as a coordinator and supervisor among different function teams such as sales/ SET/ marketing/ product/ special pricing/ credit/ finance teams to drive the bid progress and get the correct result on time, make relevant business decision during bid preparation.

(3)SI bid authorization letter control and review. For all bid opportunity, bidding manager need to judge if Dell can bid directly so that can save margin to company, if must needs SI bid, bidding manager will review the bid requirement and approximate revenue, SI’s competence and historical cooperation record, then make decision.

(4) Involve in all regional 100K above bids(include open bids, invitation bids, negotiation bids), clearly know current status of all these bids, make weekly top bidding tracking report to top management review.

(5)Every week, attend every region sales team’s weekly team meeting, give AE and ISR product, bidding experience, and process training, review regional top bid status and update bid opportunities follow status, do next 2 weeks top bid forecast.

(6)Carefully manage the Government Procurement Center AVL bid to ensure Dell win all LOB and all models, maximize Dell’s coverage and market share. Periodically track Dell’s AVL DL status and get competitor’s DL quantity and revenue data form relevant GPC to optimize Dell’s AVL bid strategy then apply in next round AVL bid.

(7)Find new bid opportunities and potential ESG project opportunities from 3rd party resource to help sales team increase bid coverage, release and track the 3rd bid opportunities list with sales team and push positive result.

(8)Build up close relationship with regional key provincial GPC, regularly visit regional key provincial GPC with AE, face to face hear their complain and advice, then help them, increase Dell’s influence and reputation in that region.

(9)Collect daily win/loss bid price data and analyze competitor’s bid model and price for daily bid use.
