1. How much does it cost? Simple company with 1 or 2 shareholders.
2. Bank account. in the same fictious case we'll need to make
transactions via internet and to have bank cards for both directors.
3. Regarding everyday transactions. The banks usually provide such
service as financing bac2bac (HSBC surely does). How exaclty it is
arranged? China buyer issues L/C to HK entity and then HK bank issues L/C to
our supplier. Such operations should be automatic and not require the
visit of one or both directors in HK.
