Job description
This position is responsible for managing Dalian Planning team which has 1. account related job and 2. sales Incentive job for Relationship Business(Medium Business Div, Large Corporate Div, Global Account Div, Public Div.)
Function role includes
1. managing Dalian planning team (Headcount&staffing, job assignment, budget, coaching/training)
2. set up biz metrics (KPI) and manage day-to-day operation
3. Improved biz process for account operation and compensation

このポジションでは、法人営業部隊のアカウント（会社）の管理およびセールスのインセンティブの業務を統括します。
１．大連のチームの管理（ヘッドカウント・予算管理、採用、業務の振り分け、チームのコーチング・教育、評価）
２．メトリクスの設定と日々の業務の実行
３．アカウントやインセンティブ業務の改善活動
Qualifications
- logical thinking
- Creativity : ability to generate innovative insights from analysis, communicate result effectively
- Excellent executive presentation / negotiation skill
- Demonstrated experience in influencing change
- People management experience (motivate team member)
- Japanese language (or could be English)
- excel, powerpoint
