Description
Job Description: Drives the project completion for Install and qualification of Company donated 200 mm equipment for DUT (Dalian University of Technology) Training Center. Develops analysis that provides risk assessments on completion timeframes, protects capability of key milestones at both the tool level and project level, understands and optimizes resource frequencies, optimizes contractor efficiencies, provides a set of indicators that measures project risk that can be responded to, coordinate with DUT project team both internal and external customers, communicate issues and develop implementation plans. In addition, work with Work Force development team on curriculum development, training instructor resource and training delivery to new hire employee and graduates from Universities and technical Colleges on hands on learning of 200 mm factory and equipment operation.
Qualifications
You should possess a relevant educational qualification. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong project leadership skills on safety, quality, planning, budget development, scheduling, design coordination, contractor and customer management, verbal communication and document control
- Five years or more work experience that demonstrated leadership in a high efficiency, complex and technical organization
- Bilingual language skills in both Chinese and English
