Responsibilities:
In this position you will be responsible for the overall growth and development of XXX China operations and market opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to:
1. Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level
2. Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver superior solutions
3. Assess client needs for additional services and development opportunities
4. Concentrate on revenue and demand generation through the creation and implementation of regional business development plans focused on new account acquisition and support of account expansion
5. Develop XXX presence and brand in the region and in support of strategic verticals (industries) through the penetration of new accounts
6. Uncover opportunities for the development of business solutions that utilize existing and emerging TW technologies and competencies
7. Collaborate with partner organizations to develop joint solution offerings
8. Work closely with technical staff on presentations, proposals, and other sales-related artefact creation
9. Accountable and responsible for relationship and risk management on projects as the primary client-facing XXX representative
10. Report opportunities, revenue, risks to XXX global management
11. Mentor and develop people
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of total IT experience including hands-on delivery, project management, sales and/or solution development
2. 2+ years experience selling complex services, preferably within a reputable professional services organization
3. 2+ years experience in organizational operations
4. 5+ years experience in hand-on delivery roles, preferably in analysis, writing code and/or project management
5. Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including Program Management
organization, presentations, project planning, managing expectations
6. Experience in application or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements
7. Extensive OOAD and formal methodology knowledge and experience, preferably Agile Methodologies
8. Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
9. Ability to sell project-based solutions utilizing XXX custom e-business application development services
10. High energy, entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
11. Existing business relationships with large companies with a China presence
12. Passion for cutting edge technology and comfort working in a development-centric atmosphere is a plus
13. Proven track record selling IT professional services
14. Consistent over-performance against targets

16. Persistent, creative and intelligent in approach and pursuit of business
17. Ability to work individually AND within a highly collaborative environment with other passionate learners
18. Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Energy, Government and/or Retail industries
19. Able to travel to client sites, including international travel
20. Fluent in written and oral English
