Business Description: SAP service line promises to generate value and business impact for clients. As a project oriented business, SAP provides onsite consulting and support service.
Report Line: Report to consulting leader.
Overall Role: You will take the role of monitoring the projects’ progress, guiding/leading team members, coordinating clients’ requirements and project on-going management.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for whole project progress
2. Coordinate with clients and internal project team to ensure opportune and quality delivery,
3. Be responsible for project planning and resource allocation,
4. Support practice development initiatives, assist business development team with writing proposals,
5. Guide and lead the team to meet client’s requirement
6. Supervise and review work of less experienced personnel and provides training.
Qualifications:
1. Eight years of hands on consulting related experience,
2. Experience in the integration and system implementation, with at least 6 full cycle SAP system implementation experience,
3. At least three full life cycle implementation in a consulting role,
4. Excellent knowledge of an accelerated system implementation methodology or equivalent,
5. Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills,
6. Be willing to travel in China and oversea.
