Senior/Principle HR generalist has the primary responsibility to partner with HR BP and line managers in full HR function for the defined business unit or school, to handle HR projects/initiatives cross division and functions, and to coach and mentor HR Generalist and associate HR staff on HR professional topics, major responsibility is to:
1、To maintain smooth communication with line managers and employees on HR related policies and procedures;
2、Provide measurable input into customized HR initiatives/solutions in support of the responsible business division/organization’s business strategies/targets;
3、Independently drive execution of key HR projects, ensuring delivery and consultancy to managers and employees on HR policies and procedure, tools and methodologies;
4、Analyze and demonstrate quarter, annual or specific required HR reports for management decision;
