Target of the position岗位目标
• To handle the daily logistic issues along the hole supply chain. 在整个供应商链中处理日常的物流事宜
• To be local contact person for suppliers, customers and transport providers (estimate the logistics requirements of customers, communicate TKA-PD requirements to local suppliers). 作为供应商、客户和运输方的本地联系人（评估客户的物流需求、将TKA-PD的需求传递给本地供应商）
• To improve the transportation operation in all details. 从全部细节上对运输操作进行改进提高。
• Continuously improve of the office process in DL and of TKT-PD logistics know how. 持续改进DL的办公程序并改进TKT-PD的物流专利
• Support the purchasing by providing elementary information of logistic issues. 辅助采购部门提供物流方面的信息
• Reaching the targets of defined costs, deadlines and quality. 协助达到所确定的费用、时间节点和质量目标
Description of the works and competences工作和能力描述
• Estimate customer requirements by staying in contact periodically. 定期联系客户，评估客户需求
• Report the customer requirements immediately to DLP. 及时向DLP汇报客户需求
• Estimate suppliers status over all issues of logistics, communicate the requirements of TKT-PD to suppliers. 评估供应商所有物流事宜，将TKT-PD的需求传递给供应商
• Clarify deliveries and component-pipeline status of local suppliers. 管理本地供应商的供货和零件传递途径
• Support the purchasing by communicating the logistic requirements in case of logistic order. 如有物流订单，协助采购部门沟通物流需求
• Control the empty packaging management (cleaning, stock-handling, maintenance, purchasing). 控制并管理空包装（清洗、仓储操作、维护和采购）
• Continuous reporting of all related information to D. 须持续汇报给DL所有相关信息
• Doing several work instruction to ensure the accuracy of working DLW . 建立一些作业指导书来确保DLW工作的准确性
• Prepare meeting protocols and monitor the fulfilling status if necessary. 如果有必要，准备会议纪要并监督其执行情况
• Supporting of the warehouse management. 帮助进行库房管理
• Continuously optimizing of logistics processes. 持续优化物流过程
Skill Requirements所需能力
• Bachelor degree on the business administration, logistics and similar studies. 工商管理、物流及相关专业学士学位
• More than three years work experiences in office doing production logistic issues. 3年以上从事工厂内部物流事宜所经验
• Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress. 有在压力下管理日常工作的能力
• Ability to work accurately and work well with the figures. 能够正确工作并保持好的形象
• English fluent both in written and oral. 流利的英语口语和书面
• Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well. 熟练操作计算机，并能够使用Microsoft office
• EPR-, especially SAP-experiences. 懂ERP，尤其是SAP
