Finance Implementation and Operations Specialist-001
Position Description:
The Asia Pacific Shared Services Center Finance (APSSC Finance) in Dalian employs 160 people who provide Controllership (accounting services, requisition to pay, T&E), Client Financial Management, and some Finance Operations services to APAC and non-APAC employees and suppliers.
• This role provides operational support to the APSSC Finance controllership teams by leading or coordinating some management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communication Process
o Finance Internal Communication drafts and translation – drafting/reviewing
o Forward/share Our company communications with translation
• Coordinate Continuous Improvement Program
o Quality Programs
o Operations Reporting & Analysis – Siebel reporting and other functional reporting
o Technology Support & Solutions – Siebel super user and overall coordination for finance teams
o Initiative Management
o Delivery Excellence
o Be involved in Finance Support and planning
• Performance Management Process
o Scorecard reporting
o Country Account Management meetings
• CRM / Request Management Process
o Support Process Management
• Provide certain level of operations support in initiatives and transitions for controllership functions including T&E, RTP and AS
• Lead Operational Support
o Finance Shared Folder Management
o Finance Share Point
o Other ad hoc tasks
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications: (listed in order of priority)
• Four years or more of experience of working with multi teams or stakeholders
• Demonstrated business operations acumen
• Strong written and oral communication skills – English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Four year BA or BS degree in business or related field
• Strong attention to detail
Nice To-Have Skills/Qualifications
• Two years or more of operational or shared services experience – definitely an asset
• Experience facilitating meetings and leading a small team
• Interact comfortably and effectively with executives
• Project management and management skills are preferred
• Accounting or finance designation is Not required but definitely an asset
