Vacancy Title: Java/Eclipse Software Engineer –Development Tools
高级软件工程师
Location: Beijing

本岗位工作5年以上
英语流利
薪资：15-25K

Essential Requirements:
 Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related discipline.
 >5 years of software development experiences
 Experience of Eclipse Architecture and Plug-in development
 C++(Familiarity with STL) / Java experience in a commercial environment
 ob<x>ject Oriented Design and UML design experience
 Experience of software engineering project life cycles and processes
 Strong analysis and design skills coupled with good understanding of software development methodologies.
 Good verbal and written English skills
 Proven use-case development, requirements analysis and elicitation skills
 Proven experience of professional software development gained in a Telecom or Engineering related industry.
 Proven hands-on responsibility for software development for product code working from requirements and functional documentation.
 Experience of embedded environments such as Symbian OS / Linux / Windows Mobile
 Professional attitude towards project and general management practices, ability to manage time and workload
 Pro-active Team player, high performer
 Ability to take ownership of deliveries

About the Team:
The Development Tools team in China is a newly established group with the aim to create and deliver key components of the Symbian OS development environment. These tools are intended to be used by all developers within the Symbian eco-system, both internally and externally.

The team supports Symbian OS development by providing solutions/Tools in the areas of:
• Debug tools - Run and stop mode
• Tracing and Profiling tools - Trace framework and host support, profiling and analysis
• Testing tools - Test execution and creation
• Eclipse-ba<x>sed IDE creation - Community contributions and internal tools support.

We are seeking the best people to join the team who can help us drive development forward and focus on improving the Symbian developer environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and the ability to develop their own skills.
