Functional Skills
Knowledge of Six Sigma and other Quality training and tools
Demonstrated Six Sigma knowledge in Six Sigma projects
Good functional knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Visio.
Main Priorities
Drive Six Sigma deployment (Project Identification, Six Sigma Training and Project Mentor)
Support BPMS (Business Process Management System) and QMS (Quality Measurement System) deployment. Drive performance metrics establishment in each projects.
Drive Best Practice Sharing and Replication
Driving Best Practice Sharing Inter and Intra BU. for Best Practice, Replication & Eurekas. Best Practices sharing & replication within BU & outside
