Responsibilities (include but not limited):
Set up & keep Measurement System running
Responsible for finishing calibration, maintenance, scrap, renewing, applying & checking
Responsible for compiling, settling, keeping of technical file and quality recording
Set up & renew Measurement equipment list
Working-out cycle calibration & random plan of every month, every year, then finish statistics
Preset all needed measuring equipment for manufacturing
Management of Quality inspector
Training the operator how to use the measurement equipment
Manage the quality issues about product release
Requirements:
College or above with major in mechanical engineering or Precision Apparatus
More than three years experience in Metrology/Site quality management
Be familiar with Metrology technique & management /Machining Process
Know how to operate, calibrate, maintain the measuring equipment
Problem solving skills
Self driven personality
Highly responsible and open-minded
Good command of PC skills (including AutoCAD, Excel, Word etc.)
Good command of English reading and writing
