Job description: The project manager will manage the localization projects and be the interface with the client. He/she will supervise the loc testing projects from end to end. He/she will also need to take care of the followings.
Manage the localization testing team to fulfill the customer’s requirements
Assign and allocate the resources to the planned tasks
Report the status to the client on a weekly basis and respond to the client’s requests in a timely manner
Be responsible for the project P&L to make sure the projects are profitable and reach the expected margin
Coach and assist the team to raise the efficiency and ensure delivery quality
Requirements:
University graduated or above
At least two year team/projects managing experiences and at least a minimum of 5 years working experience
At least two year experience in Mobile phone testing or localization testing
Good command of both speaking and writing English
Can work under minimum supervision and pressure
Savvy about the localization and localization testing process
