Responsibilities
1. Report to the chief test expert of the Software Company, and be responsible for the work related to the test technologies of BSS products.
2. Be responsible for working out and optimizing customized test processes, test strategies, and test methods for the BSS solution, and lead the test expert team to give guidance on carrying out related work to ensure the implementation of measures.
3. Be responsible for working out and optimizing test processes, test strategies, and test methods for partner-provided products in the BSS solution, and lead the test expert team to give guidance on carrying out related work to ensure the implementation of measures.
4. Lead the technology planning of the BSS test field, and provide effective test technology improvement measures according to the current product test situations to improve test efficiency and quality to support sustained business success.
5. Organize the analysis of the technology development and test competitive power of the BSS test field, improve the industry and technology view of the BSS test expert team, and pilot the overall technical orientation of the BSS test field.
6. Participate in the setup of channels for communicating with high-end customers, and identify or guide the requirements of customers for carrying out test-related work to make sure that the BSS test work orientation is consistent with the requirements of target customers.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 10 years of work experience in the BSS field and have the following qualifications:
a) Extensive knowledge in the technical fields of telecom operators and the application software industry
b) Experience in leading the test technology planning of the BSS solution in leading telecom enterprises, such as ORACLE (Siebel) and Amdocs, which are among top 3 enterprises in the world
c) Deep understanding of main BSS products, application in the industry, market situations, and development trend
d) Profound insights into current test work situations and test technology developing trend of BSS products, and successful cases of BSS test technology schemes.
Candidates satisfying the following criteria are preferred:
1. Be business-driven and results-driven, and have business acumen
2. Be self-motivated and influential, and be good at sharing
3. Interpersonal and team management skills
