5+ years working experience (3+ years for Master degree) in software development
Deep understanding C/C++ with commercial software design and development experience
Deep understanding on windows technologies, especially working experience on multithreading, IPC, socket and RPC
Quick learner and be willing to embrace new emerging technologies
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good English communication for both writing and oral
