Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and IT support over all means of communication to users in Asia Pacific
• Resolve issues and handle requests reported
• Perform escalation and workflow procedures
Requirements
• Required languages: English (written and spoken)
• Required skills: Windows Operating System, basic networking, hardware and software knowledge.
• Preferable skills: Lotus Notes, SAPGUI, remote resolutions tools such as Net meeting• Good communication and interpersonal skills。
• Proactive and a team player
Other Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Working knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and On the Shelf Application would be an advantage
• Working knowledge in PC hardware
• Candidate must be willing to work on shift (24 x 7)
• Good phone communication and interpersonal skills
