i. Job Title: Ingot Growing Process Manager
ii. Reporting to: Plant Manager
iii. Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the silicon mono-crystal growth process for 300mm silicon wafer together with the technical team;
Set up the process flow and implement production of 300mm crystal process;
Select, evaluate new equipments under the direction of top management or factory director;
Communicate internally and externally with engineering team and customers to meet their requirements;
Coordinate and administer the improvement of the productivity, quality and cost reduction of a series of productive or technologies processes through the external benchmarking application;
Collaborate with quality in the analysis and understanding of the quality problems, to ensure that the possible improvements of the process are included in a systematic way in the standard;
Analyze external best-in-class processes and ensure that the internal standards incorporate the improvements proposed by the mentioned processes.
iv. Qualification & Experiences:
Strong technical knowledge on being process with knowledge from crystal growing, especially very hands on crystal growing problem solutions;
Has 4-6 years of experience in Silicon Wafer Shop being process with knowledge from Ingot Growing;
Familiar with process integration & line setup, process flow, fixture design and fabrication;
Possess good understanding about production line layout, setup and qualification;
Able to perform equipment evaluation, equipment troubleshoot and maintenance;
Hold Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus;
Advanced English level (proficiency level) and Mandarin native speaker;
Self-motivated, organized and task oriented.
