Responsibilities:
Project scope control and minimizing the size of customization;
Managing project scope and cost;
Preparing, tracking and adjusting project plan;
Managing Internal project team;
Managing the execution of project activities as per the defined procedure and standards;
Coordinating with customer interface throughout project lifecycle;
Performance appraisal of project team members;
Providing functional departments with feedback and evaluation of their work quality;
Reporting to the project group manager with project status information;
Accomplishing other Project Group Manager assigned tasks.
Communicate with client, fluent spoken English;
Project Manager managing a team with about 20~30 members;
Requirements:
Bachelor or above, Proficient in reading, listening and business writing both in Chinese and at least one foreign language, writing proposal with supervision;
2 years above PM working experience.
