· After each problem, analyse the root cause and come up with recommendations to eliminate the problem from reoccurring. Work with the developer team to ensure the fix is tested and works correctly.

· Use knowledge of each region gained to propose changes to other regions to make them more consistent and ensure the best practice is chosen for each location.
