The primary purpose of this position is to lead the after-sales service team to establish *’s optimal service reputation and excellent brand image on the basis of the spirit of integrity, professionalism and pursuit for excellence, the principles of safeguarding the fundamental interests of customers, widening the scope and improving the quality of customer service and fully implementing the Company’s service aims, the emphases of the Company’s overall and fundamental interests and long-term strategic goals, and the practices of pragmatic cooperation, smooth consultation, open and just operation. The job incumbent is also responsible for achieving the target of after-sales service for the year.

Responsible for the after sales budget (average 10% increase)
Repsonsible for overseeing the Installation & Commissioning team, the Service Sales team and the Troubleshooting team.
EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
• Bachelor degree
EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
• 3 year + experience in UPS field after sales field.
• At least 4 years of Senior Customer Service engineer experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
• Fluent in written English
• Good communication skill with local customers
• Good analytical ability and willing to work under pressure with flexibility

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
• Fluent in spoken English
• 4-5 years of experiences in UPS field
• And over 10 years experience in service and service management
• Knowledge of MS Office

TRAVEL:
• Make infrequent travel to East China in most conditions, but in particular cases, a wide geographical area will be included . In general, once a month
