A well-know Fortune Global 500 JV looking for the professionals for bm position:
[b]Position: BD Consultant/BD Manager/Sales Manager - Urgent!! (Beijing)[/b]
Job Responsibilities:
• Implementing sales strategy, meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Building and managing a pipeline with HR Manager/Director (or other influencers) directly or via leveraging partners to develop sustainable and professional relationship
• Liaising with other team members to deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations to the clients.
• Preparing professional proposals having thoroughly understood the client requirements and
established the relevant business solution
• Participation and input to the sales forecasting process, weekly status reports, and updating the report will be required.
• Effectively respond to client queries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and levels of service
Position Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of EXECUTIVE SEARCH / SOLUTION SALES experience with proven
track records
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experience, and overseas recognized degree with business discipline would be a Plus
• Ability to establish relationships at all levels within a customer organization.
• Excellent communication and cold call skills
• Goal and success oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• More than 1 year management experience of sales team would also be a Plus.
