Job Summary:
The Engagement Rep role is assigned to a Operating Group within Greater China.
The role works on fulfillment demand for the GC business as well as working with the relevant Growth
Platform lead to assess and action current and future supply requirements.
This role may be reassigned to support a different Growth Platform or client group from time to time in
order to meet the changing needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own all staffing related matters for a supply pool of people: skills, availability, preferences,
calendar, performance, chargeability etc.
• Responsible for resolving staffing matters related to a person (managing escalations and
conflicts, chargeability, etc.)
• Single point of contact for all supply and availability related processes within the assigned
entity.
• Screen resumes to ensure true qualification and to make candidate recommendations to fulfill open
demand.
• Work with the recruitment and Supply/Demand management lead on recruitment targets based on demand
and supply match.
• Keep track of all employees on the project; ensure roll off dates are accurate in myScheduling;
alert project Team Leads to pending roll offs and manage any related issues.
• Update forecasting tools (such as IFS, PPT etc.) on supply and forecast chargeability if needed.
