Job description
-Responsible for driving IT infrastructure sales for Telco industry in GCG. Actively promotes and supports the
identification through closure of IT infrastructure opportunities.
-Lead Telco clients to build more efficient and effective IT infrastructure to support business
-Help Telco clients to make more cost effective approaches for business systems
-Lead IBM cross brand efforts to execute, and also with partners
Required skill,
--Rich experience in Telco Industry and related IT Infrastructure
--Extensive experiences in network infrastructure, applications and wireless technology will be a plus
--Strong leadership in leading cross brand teams as well as working with partners
--Deep understanding and knowledge on IT infrastructure technology and design, and in particular the newest
development in this area such as cloud computing
--Familiar with IBM HW/SW products and solutions for IT infrastructure
--Knowing the market situation and competitor’s solutions on IT infrastructure
Required
• Bachelor's Degree

Job description
-Responsible for driving Services Innovation Solutions Sales for Telecom Industry in GCG. Actively promotes and
supports the identification through closure of Services Innovation opportunities.
-The Services Innovation Telecom Solutions Sales Leader executes sales leadership and demonstrates proficiency in
Services Innovation solutions. The solution scope for this role include Sales/Channel Transformation, Service
Innovation (SI) and Service Delivery Platform (SDP) solutions that include IBM services, software, hardware and and
ISV partners.
-This role supports the qualification of Sales/Channel Transformation, SDP and Service Innovation solution
opportunities, advises in the solutioning process and leads the account teams in closing the deal, leveraging all
advantages. It assures distribution of related qualified opportunities to other Brands.
-Executes creativity, judgment and experience while selling solutions to meet client business requirements. This
requires working with, and/or providing direction as needed, to all appropriate resources, Business Partner
resources and/or outside vendors.
Required skills:
-Rich knowledge and experience in Telco Industry, in particular, in the solutions area, that includes but not limit
to BSS/OSS/MSS/VAS
-Strong leadership in leading cross brand effort within IBM, and working with ISV partners.
-Creative and innovative thinking
-Experience in solution landing and solution replication to clients
-Good client facing skills
