4.Lead our teams.

Maximize client value with our industry most talented professionals.

5.Advise our clients.

This role is an important conduit of trust between ThoughtWorks and our clients.

You have:

1.Years of experience demonstrating and/or articulating the value of custom application development to competitive advantage opportunities.

2.Leadership skills and the ability to carry influence to clients and consultants alike.

3.Carried the responsibility of multi-million dollar commitments.

4.A track-record of success bringing custom development work to production.

5.Strong communication skills.

6.An interest and ability to shape teams.

7.A drive to respond to the variety of challenges that our work presents with charisma, initiative, enthusiasm and creativity.
