1. General business responsible for the operation BL SS Beijing, additionally representation of BL SS Beijing in internal and external relationships ( e.g. Chinese Government ) also to build up and cultivate the relations with key customers and their top Management
2. Leading and supervising the Business Excellent Program to save and secure the role of BL SS Beijing
3. Developing and deployment of short middle and long-term business planes and strategies for BL SS Beijing in alignment with Global Operations Manager. Harmonizing the various strategies with the Management and supervision their realization.
4. Responsible for all employees the infrastructure and the environment in accordance with the law and the NXP Principles and Ethic. Including coaching and training of the staff.
5. Leading, promoting, developing and motivating of subordinate employees. Realization of target setting, securing of personal planning and identification of individual development needs. Regularly constructive feedback and performance Appraisals.
6. Definition of capacities and time planning as well as preparation of the needed budgets
7. Secure the realisation of competitive and efficient actions for the processes Innovation, Sales, TQM, Supply Management, Production and customer satisfaction.
