Responsibilities:
1.Will be responsible for testing lighting products according the IEC60598 and other international standards in fully equipped laboratory
2.Technical evaluation of new mechanical parts, glass and electrical components
3.Evaluate and develop sources to the technical level required by Philips
4.Supplier's technical solution review on lighting product level
5.Supplier's technical file & testing report review and management
6.Assessment of supplier's production and potential
7.Discuss, improve and follow-up productions with suppliers
8.Assist in the lab to enhance the testing capability and knowledge
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree
·With over 5 years related working experience
·Technical bachelor degree or higher in electronics or electricity.
·Knowledge of quality standards like IEC60598/GB7000 are an advantage
·Sound technical knowledge of commodities like metal, plastic, glass, bulbs, electrical components
·Strong personality with founded argumentation as to enforce product and production improvements
·Work in a multicultural environment, communicate easily in Mandarin and English (CET 6)
·Be flexible, independent and able to work under stress
·Good communication skills and adequate reporting
