薪水：10-15w可谈。
Responsibilities include:
• Develop or modify software based on requirement. Must utilize good design practices, documentation, and security policies.
• With supervision from development team leads, develop, test, resolve defects, and document assigned application modules. Participate in design and code reviews with leads and peers.
• Follow the process of an iterative software development life cycle. Including proper interactions with development, project management, quality assurance, database, and production support personnel.
• Gain clear understanding of the application architecture, database design, and business domain for the assigned products.
• Keeping up with new technology and extend its applicability to the product.
• Perform the above duties for new implementations and maintenance of existing systems in production.
Required Skills
• 1 year working experience with Java programming in enterprise-level applications
• Working knowledge in object oriented design and programming
• Working experience in database programming and queries with JDBC and SQL, using databases such as Oracle, MS SQL
• Experience with database driven multi-tier web application development
• Experience with Linux environment and shell scripting
• Ability to own component development
• Ability to interface successfully with co-workers and office personnel
• Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team
• Creative troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Desired Skills
• Experience with web development environments such as Apache, Tomcat, Struts
• Experience with SOAP-based web services
• Experience with database reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast paced & dynamic company environment
• Ability to communicate technical content in both written and spoken English
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking capability
