Solution Developer (J2EE)

BU Description
IBM CDL (China Development Lab) MBPS (Managed Business Process Services) Asset team is part of MBPS Asset Lab WW organizations. The objective of MBPS Asset Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The CDL MBPS team was established in Feb, 2006 and have successfully delivered about 20 solutions for WW customers.

In MBPS team, you will have chance to:
- Work on latest technologies and understand new business model
- Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different IBM products or 3rd party products (SAP) working together to implement customers' requirements
- Work in a fast growing team with smart people
- Practice Agile development process.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Work with WW/local teams to analysis the business requirements and design, develop the solution by leveraging multiple IBM middlewares products and/or third parties products.
Work with the WW/local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development
Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Qualification for this position:
At least 3 years software design and development experience.
Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE/Web applications, strong programming skills.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Has strong interest for the new technologies and able to pickup quickly
Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close
Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Understand product design methodology
Experience with agile development is a plus
Familiar with IBM Tivoli Service Automation Manager is a strong plus
Familiar with IBM WBM Data Modeling is a plus
Familiar with IBM middleware is a plus
