Reports to: Suzhou GM and US Director of Operations
Job Location: Suzhou SIP
The company is a leader in developing electronics for the following industries: food service equipment, HVAC/R, pool and spa, medical, and industrial.
Job Responsibilities:
responsible for leading purchasing team
oversee and be involved in all aspects of supply chain management, including involvement in the development of strategic plan for the supply base that is capable of supporting global
negotiation of contracts
develop supply base and prospect vendor resources
create an associate development program
process and system development
development and implementation of strategic planning
assist in the implementation of a global Purchasing strategy that supports the needs of all group facilities
achieve predetermined goals on Stock turns, cost reductions & supplier quality
additional tasks as assigned by manager
Key Requirements:
minimum eight years’ hands-on experience in a purchasing management position
electronics background
comfortable in a fast paced environment
proven leadership skills
