Report to: Manufacturing Operations Manager
Job Location: Suzhou
This company is a global leader in the development, manufacturing and supply of sophisticated products that provide health protection and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
direct, lead, and manage activities of associates responsible for the Plant Shipping operation, as well as management of inventory
scheduling and monitoring of production, inventory planning and control, supervise Production Control Schedulers, manage Cycle Count program, manage Raw Material Inventory reduction plan
manage all procurement relationships and execute procurement plans for required purchased materials to assure material availability
plan, organize, and administer the finished goods forecast and safety stock levels; Analyze/update various material master data settings
report a broad array of information, including delivery performance, inventory levels, materials plans, supplier performance, Marquee product(s) analysis
provide guidance and direction for materials plans relating to New Product Development efforts, assuring necessary materials are available on a timely basis
be responsible for import and export process management
guide the in-direct purchasing and contractor management with on-time delivery and price
managing abroad customer order and export delivery processes
fine tune SAP application to satisfy growing business requirement
participate in new projects plan and other operational activities
perform other duties as required or assigned
Key Requirements:
bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
more than eight years’ related Planning experience and materials management in a Multinational manufacturing environment
excellent interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills
focus, extremely organized and positive attitude
good command of written and oral English, Mandarin is must
able to work with all levels of management
be familiar with SAP
