Client:
A Dutch firm specialized in textile, apparel, and accessories for the European market.
Salary:
Up to RMB 18,000 / month (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Ningbo, Zhejiang, China

Reporting to:
Divisional Merchandise Manager Ningbo
Team size:
7
Travelling:
> 75%
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise a team of 5-7 local QCs in a certain area in China (starting with Zhejiang or Jiangsu area)
+ Conduct Final Inspections for in the area together with the local QC
+ Evaluate samples
+ Advice factories and merchandisers regarding solving production issues
Requirements:
+ Technical knowledge of garment sewing and at least basic knowledge of pattern making
+ At least 6 years experience as garment inspector for export garments
+ At least 3 years experience as inspector in China for a trading company conducting inspections in a large number of factories
+ Detailed work approach
+ Strong communication skills with factories
+ Good communication with merchandisers in Ningbo
+ Experience with Trading Firm with Subcontracting
+ Needs to have a track record
+ Fluent in English
+ Fluent in Mandarin
+ Filipino also welcome
+ Flexible and stress resistant
+ Needs to be comfortable with travelling
+ Positive attitude
