职责
•Provides product and process lessons learnt to Concepting and PD programs
•Aligns best practices between different PM programs and in the CPM team
•Brings customer voice to Product Quality Organization and PM Teams, represents Care in relevant meetings and work shops
•Drives corrective actions on product quality issues
•Deploys Maintenance Quality Strategy
•Implements and continuously improves Care Maintenance key processes and conducts milestone and key event reviews
•Seeks to understand consumer feedback and drive consumer experience improvements based on the feedback
要求:
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
•Project Management Experience
•Experience in Marketing or hands-on market research/consumer Research preferred
