• Responsible for P&L forecasting on monthly basis and annual budget (annual operating plan) with focus on PRC Mainland
• Support the production and presentation of consolidated P&L and expenses planning and analysis deliverables and the decision making of senior operating management
• Prepare analysis on store profitability forecast and expenses management
• Upload data to Comshare/MPC on monthly basis for purposes of consolidation and reporting to New York Head Office on agreed timelines
• Develop and improve tools and processes to improve P&L consolidation, review and uploading process.
• Assist in LE and AOP Process Management and Comshare/MPC Development and Maintenance
• Coordinate the preparation of quarterly “Coach China Factbook”
• Re-develop expenses models and forecast templates to accommodate flexibility, scalability and efficiency in planning and analysis to support continuous business growth
