Overall responsibilities:

Recruitment supervisor is responsible to monitor team’s performance and make sure to provide consistent support to client.

Responsibilities

1 Manage the recruitment supporting process flow as per the established guidelines.

2 Allocate work to team members

3 Monitor team’s performance by reviewing key matrix of recruitment support process

4 Consistently improve process to provide better service to customers

5 Handle escalations and issues from customers

6 Communicate with customers to build up trust relationship

7 Provide guidance, direction to team members

8 Coach team members in their career advancement and training developments

Qualifications

1 University degree

2 Excellent command of spoken and written English.

3 A minimum of 4 years in BPO or shared service center

4 Having knowledge of recruitment process

5 Goal-driven personality, analytical and with a positive work attitude

6 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

7 Strong analytical skills

8 Good command of Microsoft Excel
