Responsibilities:

1 Build up win-win relationship with local people team

2 Responsible for transition matters on PSS process

3 Supervises a team providing remote service to local people team on PSS.

4 Ensure operation excellence on standard, specialized or complex system and design/enhance processes and procedures.

5 Ensure to meet SLA by monitoring key metrics

6 Develop SME to provide best solutions to clients and stake holders

7 Serve as SME to PSS processes and tools to resolve critical issues.

8 Manage customer escalations

9 Develop talents and identify successors

10 Motivate employees and recognize employees

Proactively identify employees issues to keep team as high performance team

11 Assess employees performance

Requirements:

1 Broad knowledge in processes operation or HR processes or BPO process

2 Strong project management skills

3 Ability to deliver high impact amid complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities

4 Excellent oral and written communication skills

5 Strong supervisory and employee development skills (maximize team performance)

6 Strong problem solving skills

7 Strong organization skills

8 Strong negotiation and teaming skills
