Responsibilities include:
1.Generate revenue increase by increasing usability.
2.Developing conceptual models of internet user experience.
3.Designing and prototyping usable interaction interfaces that accurately translate the vision and requirements of the interaction.
4.Creating high-level and detailed user interaction flows based on market requirements, representing key components in storyboards, functional diagrams, design guidelines, wireframes and screen and layout mock-ups.
5.Responsible for presenting, refining, specifying and ultimately creating final artwork for user interfaces all within specified guidelines and deadlines.
6.Modifying and optimizing user-interactions design, in a manner that is responsive to customer feedback and internal modification requests.
7.Ensuring the quality and integrity of the design throughout the development cycle.
8.Being an advocate for the user, be concerned with functional development and information architecture.
Basic Requirements and Skills
1.Bilingual Chinese and English, written and spoken
2.University degree plus 3-5 years experience designing outstanding consumer facing websites as a key member of a Creative/Design team or equivalent combination of experience (e.g., web designer, product or project manager)
3.Organized, agile, think strategically while paying great, great attention to detail
4.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and budget, and prioritize appropriately
5.Familiar with current user experience and usability research, theories, best practices and methodologies
6.Possess a solid understanding of latest practices, procedures and trends in web technologies in China, and worldwide
7.Project presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility
8.Self-motivated to prioritize and manage work load, and meet critical project milestones and deadlines
9.Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
10.Excellent knowledge of wire-framing tools such as Visio or Omnigraffe, etc.
